Sudafed always worked best for me. plus the little pills are sweet tasting

There are many over the counter sinus medications. Sudafed is the most widely used. Follow this link and see a list at one national store. Remember to drink lots of water.

I’ve been suffering with this for ages :O( Can’t remember the last time I was headache free. Sudafed offers a little relief as does steam,I bought a facial steamer and I use it twice a day. I have a nose spray as well (flixonaise) which the Dr prescribed it’s a steroid inhaler and helps to shrink the nasal passages,you can can buy something similar in Boots. You might be better off going to your Dr though as you may need an X-ray and a referral to E.N.T.(still waiting for my appointment!!)

Walmart has server cold tables that work great for me. They contain an active ingredient called Guaifenesin. But just watch some cold tablets don’t have Guaifenesin but I have noticed the difference with out it.
Maybe go to a ENT and they will be able to give you some RX that might also help. I also use Nasonex and benadryl.

i suffer stuffed and running nose with headache too for 6 months and lose all smells and taste. saline wash and med (cant remember the name) help me to gain some. later on i try ‘Clarinase 24hr’ which is effective for block nose, runny nose, itchy watery eye but non drowsy. you can try to get doc advise before using it.
why not look for curing without drugs as i am trying now. try the website below. that’s the best i ever found for congestion.
