trer asked:

Once a month? Twice a month? Couple times a week? I’m trying to gauge whether my experience is among the majority of sinus pressure sufferers.

I get them about 2x per month. Sometimes it is not severe but other times I am on antibiotics for 20 days. Mine always drains down my throat and goes in to bronchitis…
I have found that using saline solution in my nose once a day really helps…
Sometimes when I get allergies real bad it will infect my sinuses

Maybe once a month, just depends on the weather, how much the wood stove is used and how much time I spend outside. I have one now and the doc gave me antibiotics for it. Feels much better now, the pressure was horrible. If you are suffering now I hope you feel better soon. Something that helped me a great deal was a humidifier also a facial steamer.

Depending on the weather, pollen, dust and air fresheners and perfumes as well as cleaning products I’m exposed to I can get them daily for quite a few days in a row, usually the next step is a sinus infection with the medral dose pack of prednisolone to clear it up. Sometimes even prescription pain meds won’t work. Some days I can function with it, other’s I can hardly get my head off the pillow. Just depends. I notice when on vacation in dry climates I hardly get them at all!
