i would use normal saline or simple saline at any store non habit forming use it as often as needed releases the pressure in ur sinus cravity. I use it alot with my allergies flushes it out completely.

only way is having rest and taking parasetemol and Vit. C(orange,lemon etc.) for the symptoms. this is virus we don’t have any thing to cure it. Just you have to care yourself and having rest at home.

Boil some water, take it off the burner, put your face over the pot and let the steam hit you…oh! and put a towel over your head to keep the steam inside.. That’s good for your sinuses.
