When you have sinus pressure does it feel like a heartbeat in your head?

I’m really serious. When I touch my temple I can feel the vibration. I think I am experiencing sinus pressure or is my heart rate increasing?

Yes, it does. Theres so much pressure in your sinuses when their stuffed up. I use Mucinox and it works great.

Sometimes your cheekbones hurt too when you have sinus pressure. That’s always been a sign when I have a sinus infection.
