What should I buy to relieve ear/sinus pressure?

I’m coming down with something :( I have gotten ear infections in the past and its a real pain, but right now I’ve just got some sinus/ear pressure and a little sore throat.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good over the counter medicine that will get rid of the pressure? Preferably available at my neighborhood drug store or Safeway.
Its not allergies, just a cold I believe. I seem to take them pretty hard though.

    For ear aches I use swim ear. For sinus I use zyrtec.
