Indiana Jones asked:

i’ve had tonsil stones (where pieces of food get stuck in crevasses of your tonsils) since i was 12 and in the last year its gotten worse.
usually every few days i’ll feel like i have one and then my cheeks, and head, and eyes hurt really bad.
currently i’ve had at least one tonsil stone for 7 days now. i cannot get it out no matter what i do and today i have horrible sinus pressure.
do you think there is a link since our ears, nose, and throat are connected?

One Response to “could my tonsil stones be causing me to have sinus pressure?”

Yes, all these things are connected.
I would recommend that you gargle with a solution of 1/2 tsp baking soda and 8 oz (1 cup) warm water…do this at least 4 times per day. Also there is some information here.

That’s a crazy condition to have!!!
I hope you can get relief soon.
