It could be if you have other sinus symptoms like headache, congestion, irritated throat, coughing etc. One of the four sets of sinus cavities lies behind the eyes. But it could also be eyestrain from staring at the computer. Try blinking a lot and see if the blinking prevents it next time you sit down at the computer. If not take breaks more often if you think it is your eyes not sinuses based on other symptoms. Nurse Kindheart
