I’ve always had problems with my sinuses and I can feel the pressure because my face hurts really bad! And I’ve noticed that when I’m having a bad day with my sinuses, my face turns red. Are sinuses connected to that in any way??
also, while my face is red, it feels like its burning. i can feel the sinus pressure while all of this is going on.

have you drank any alcohol or medicines with alcohol in them, spicy or hot foods will make your face red too, also anger at something or embarrassment

It is possible that may be causeing red face you may also have high blood pressure
go see a doctor.
