My friend has some spray ill give you the name but it works well her sinuses ar eBAD like everyday shes like you she blows her nose like 24/7 i feel so bad for her i feel like cutting my nose off and giving it to her lol wanna switch noses ross? LOL

Just, if you want to try it again.. you aren’t doing it right if it’s not going all the way through. Lean over the sink, put it in your nose and turn your head so that your ear is over your other ear. Breathe THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. Don’t be afraid to pour it normally through your nose. Do a whole pot for each nostril. It really does work. Cleans it all out.. all the gross bacteria, germs, etc. opens up your sinuses. Good luck.

i have awful sinuses as well. every 4 weeks i’m sick as a dog. we need to go get allergy tested!
