Might try allergy eye drops sounds funny but it works, also try saline nasal spray. If you have a discharge usually green it may be a sinus infection

Are you sure it’s sinus pressure? If it is decongestants and antihitamines may help, some people find a neti pot helps. I think you should go to the doctor though as your eye being red and hurting like crazy doesn’t necessarily fit in with typical sinus pain.

we go to this healthsite for and a few months back I used their sinus blend- its an oil you put on and do a little massage and helps to drain out fluid in sinus cavities.
None of the allergy and sinus meds did that for me- you can check -its allnatural and their products I’ve used work lot better than many mainstream ones.

please do whatever is necessary to keep your sinus’ draining.Try some regular strength tylenol for the pain before asking a pharma cist for their opinion on a otc remedy.
