Are you sure it’s sinus pressure? If it is decongestants and antihitamines may help, some people find a neti pot helps. I think you should go to the doctor though as your eye being red and hurting like crazy doesn’t necessarily fit in with typical sinus pain.

Might try allergy eye drops sounds funny but it works, also try saline nasal spray. If you have a discharge usually green it may be a sinus infection
