So, airborne essentially gives you vitamin C rich pee. The best medicine for a cold is any standardover the counter decongestant that contains the active ingredient pseudophedrine, or phenylephrine. Mucinex, which contains the active ingredient Guafenisan, is excellent at improve the removal of mucus.
