I’ve had a sinus infection for the past week. I went to the doctor and they gave me some antibotic’s.. My cheeks hurt so bad that I can’t sleep at night. The doctor gave me some pain pills, but they don’t work. How long will it take for my cheeks to stop hurting?

If my sinus infection from my freshman year of high school is any indication, it looks like you’ve got another year of torture.
Methods which can help to relieve the sinus pressure: nasal sprays, vaporizers, inhalers, flushing your nose three times daily with half a cup of warm salt water. Unfortunately, all of these relieve pressure only temporarily.

Any sinus decongestant/pain reliever is all I can think of – the stronger the better. Sorry , I have no more suggestions.

Have you ever used a neti pot? Sometimes called a nose pot. It is a Chines treatment for sinus problems. I have had sinus problems for 20+ years and it is the first thing that has brought me lasting relief. You mix up salt and water (saline solution, kind of like your tears) and put it in the pot and hold it against one nostril and let it run out the other nostril. It takes a couple tries to learn to hold your head at the correct angle. You will need to run about 1/2 c. water through each nostril. You will get some really bad looking crud rinsed out of there. The relief afterwards is wonderful. If I have an infection I add a drop of tea tree oil to the solution.
