anyways… how do you get rid of all of that stuff? should breathing steam do the trick?

i have sinuses big time and i just use Tylenol for my sinuses head aches i never did the breathing treatments so as far as that goes i can help you. i just get stuffy no runny nose cough up mucus stuff of that nature but u never thought that it could go up into homebody’s eyes but i highly doubt that will happen but if it does then you sould go to the doctors and if your nose is stuffed up he will probably give u a nose spray or something cause thats wat he did to me but i would still try to use the breathing steam you never know that might work

We actually have Ten Sinus Cavities…yes 5 on each side… that at any given time can wreak havoc with our basic feeling well or flatly laying us out. I will just go ahead and say this….PLEASE be seen for this…it doesn’t sound like just a cold….but i recommend staying on the safe side. Mine were so bad once that a year after that cold that wouldn’t go away but finally did…my sinuses were in need of draining…smartest thing I ever did….I managed to find that ONE doctor who KNEW what to look for. That kind of bacteria can spread and I know you do not want to be immunocompromised. Steam is good if it works….LOTS of steam. I am grateful that I have an ENT (Specialist for Ear Nose & Throat) who with great knowledge and a quick draining bowl managed to get (dig this) appx 10 cc out of each side. The bacteria was dx’d as being in contact with small children….yes more than a year prior to my ‘draining’ I had two wee ones……they had never seen so much in their careers. Please be careful…what seems like a seasonal allergy could well be something gone awry. This is MY story…I do NOT mean to scare you….but i have lost half of my hearing and do NOT want to lose the rest. When in doubt….go to an expert.

You can take Clariton to help for your sinuses. If you have muscus and are coughing then you can take Mucinex DM.
