You know the symptoms……its another sinus infection. You need to find the source of your infections to stop them from recurring. Its usually an allergen that develops into a sinus infection.

If it is infection you would need an antibiotic. If it is just a flue, you just have to rest since there is nothing Doctor can do. Drink LOTS of clear fluid. For Antibiotic, I usually take Oregano Oil which is much better for your body.

Rule of thumb is you need to have symptoms for 7 days (1 week) before seeing a doctor unless you are having trouble breathing or have chest pain or something like that.

it sounds like its is in fact one of those stupid Sinus infections. I have been on anti biotics 4 times this year for a sinus infextion,. and they caused a lot of problems.. now it seems like im sick all of the time. Try letting it go its course for a couple days.. Try taking Vitamins and flushing your body of the toxins.. it might help. Good Luck!

probably give a couple days, besides by the time you can book an appointment with the doctor, your cold/sinus will be gone already !
In the mean time, stay at home and get lots of rest.
