Try Rondec DM. It’s got a decongestant in it and an anti-histamine. If you’ve got a cough, it’ll help with that, too.
Mucinex will help you with drainage, too. It thins out all the gunk (it’s an expectorant).
Something like claritin (an anti-histamine) will help, too.
And if you smoke, STOP.

If you have headaches, it may be because your nasal passages are blocked up. Try a nasal spray to drain your sinuses. Spring is here! Lots of allergens in the air. If you think your stuffed up due to allergies, Try using an antihistamine such as ZYRTEC or CLARITIN, If you continue having problems, and or lose sleep, see a doctor. GOOD LUCK!

See an allergist and find out what you are allergic to – this will help you to avoid contact with whatever it is.
Zyrtec is the most percribed anti-histamine. It is available over the counter, and Walgreens makes a generic for it that is qutie affordable.
My allergist also perscribed for me Astlin, though some prefer to perscribe Flonaise. For me, I take the Astlin only when the symptoms are so strong that they overwhem the Zyrtec (which happens for me in the spring and fall).
Take a towel and get it wet. Microwave it for like 5 minutes. Roll a dry towel around it. Wrap it around your neck, such the the towel lays across your jugular. This will heat the blood going to your head. This will cause the mucus to expand before the sinus cavity is too warmed up (which happens when you put a warm washcloth over your face – the mucus expands but so does the sinus cavity), so you’ll get more mucus forced out of the sinuses.

I saw Dr. Oz on Oprah endorse a nettie pot for your nose, it is supposed to get rid of bacteria and prevent sinus problems as well. GIve the pharmacy a call.
