Sinus Pressure

Try chewing 15-20 black pepper corns in the morning,
then take one tablespoon of 100% pure bee honey (dark
in color is better),
then drink a glass of warm water or chinese green tea or
black tea.
The black pepper open up and clears the sinuses and
should help you blow out the blocked nose.
The honey, besides its anti-oxidants properties, will give
it a soothing effect.
The warm water etc.. will clean it down through the chest
and further down.
This helps me and I have seen this helping others too.
Furthermore , this is a total natural process.
No side effects.
Good luck and hope this helps you friend.

Hi, well I'm not a Doctor, but it almost sounds like you have sinus allergies. I don't know what the Doctor recommended for you, but try Singulair, I heard it works great for Allergies. but I think it is a bit expensive, but if it works for you, it'd be worth it. hope this helps.

I have severe allergies and I take benadryl when it gets really bad. I also get plenty of rest, eat lightly, and drink plenty of water to flush my system until I feel better. Since there is no cure for the associated problems, we just have to deal with it the best we can.

I have bad sinus and allergies and i have tried all the over counter medicines. However, I found that it makes it worse. Try seeing an acupunturist that is also a chinese herbalist. Haven't had a sinus attack, migraine, or allergies in nearly 2 years. Try it , i swear by it.
