Sonya asked:

My left side of my face swelled up two days ago and I went to the dentist and she said I had Gingivitis. She gave me some pain killers and antibiotics but I have been having this really bad pressure headache like a sinus headache. Are these headaches associated with the Gingivitis?

Also, I have been taking the medicine for 1 day, how long does it take for the swelling to go down? I have been using Listerine, will that help with the swelling?

nerves are all inter linked, it can be due to the infection you are having the head ache. Complete the course of medication & see.Use mouth wash conatining cloxhexidien. It will take 2-3 days for the swelling to come down, you may need a cleaning or a deep curattage.
