I’ve used both, the Hydro Pulse works but does not last long. I went through two in a little more than a year. I have been using the Sinupulse for about 18 months with no problems. The biggest difference is the SinuPulse has two pulsating settings the Hydro Pulse only one. It also has a larger water tank so you can irrigate longer without refilling and seems to take less time to irrigate than the Hydro Pulse – its a little faster which I like. Both products are better than the neti pot.

Those of us in the know believe cytuber is related to Dr. Grossan. Asomeone who knows read all the negative reviews with regards to the leaking and clogging. Shame on you cytuber you are not fooling anyone

— normal I take issues with such a post, however, since I am so far behind in my review of the SinuPulse Elite and since at it’s bare bones we agree with the comment in terms of the functionality of the unit… we won’t turn our nose up to this comment.

I too have used the SinuPulse it is an amazing product. It has two spray functions. A pulsating mist spray for light moisturizing and a more thorough cleansing pulsating irrigation. It is like having two units in one. It is so much more convenient than those messy neti pot devices shown on Oprah Winfrey’s show. I was even able to get a portion of it reimbursed from my insurance carrier so my out of pocket was actually quite small. Two big thumbs up for ingenuity and value!

We are currently working on a review of the SinuPulse. We should have had it finished about 2 weeks ago, however health issues (non sinus related – I am now a connoisseur of contrast) and holiday issues, strategically fell into place that delayed the review. Look for it soon.

Hey you know what? I have a bad sinuf infectopn; heavy headaches, nose aches all the time, and muca gets caught in my throaght… and im also allergic to a cheap californian laundry detergent! I HAVE ALL THE PROBLEMS EVEN U DONT HAVE! =( =(
