For the last 5 days I have been really dizzy on and off. Also I have very light headaches here and there. Right when I wake up in the morning I feel fine, but when I start to move around then the dizziness comes.

See a doctor. You may have a sinus or ear infection, but no one can diagnose you through the computer.
