Several things - exercise, vegetables, multi-vitamin, garlic, ginseng and meditation/prayer.  

You are mind/body/spirit and have to treat it as such.  All the things I mentioned will work together.  

and this is just a hunch but QUIT EATING CARBS/JUNK FOOD instead of meals.  You are tearing up your immune system and body by grabbing junk snacks instead of real food.  Keep fruit and vegetables and quick to prepare meats around for snacks.</description>

I would advice Vitamin B12,  along with multivitamins.. and try to eat more of a balanced diet.. many students end up eating junk food due to time constraints.  if your trying to live on Coffee and Sugar you will have a temporary energy burst which will fade in approx. 1 to 3 weeks.  afterwhich you will begin to crash.. this is due to a combination of physical stress on the body, build up of wastes and Free Radicals, and Vitamin Deficiencies.  B12, Green Tea or Earl Grey Tea and multi vitamins will give you a temporary boost until you can get proper sleep and proper nutrition.</description>

start working out---light jog, eliptical, something!  Drink vitamin B6 or a multivitamin, lots of vitamin C, and a healthy diet with lots of dark green veggies.  Lots of water too.</description>

I&#039;m not a therapist or whatever, but i would say that you&#039;re under alot of stress. 

My advice would be to cool down the studies for a while, take a break or short holiday. you should feel better after the break which will allow you to concentrate better.</description>

Too bad.  You are not cut out for the kind of life you have chosen to lead.  You can over ride your system with vitamins or health juices if you have the money.  They will do wonders for you.  But if you are having this much difficulty in school, maybe you should consider something else.  If you think you just need something to keep you going until spring, go to your health food store and ask about vitamins tailored to your needs.  Good ones are expenseive.  Or you can try health drinks.  I used this one.    
It worked wonders on clearing my thoughts, and I slept better with it, which is key to daytime activity.  Remember, you get what you pay for.  Cheap vitamins will only give you cheap pee.  Good vitamins, or the juice I chose, may actually help.
