Can it be treated with a nasal spray?

It sounds very much like a sinus infection.
The real only treatment for this to totally clear it up and quickly is a course of anti-biotics.
The nasal spray will only open the nasal passages for a short period of time BUT will NOT clear the infection.
The nasal sprays also contain a medication that makes you use it more and more often otherwise you can’t breath properly and all your symptoms come back 3 fold within a couple of days.
Go see your Doctor.
A sinus infection is no fun and can last for ages if not treated quickly.
