This practice balances the breaths, clears tension in the chest and forehead, and relieves sinus pressure. It is also meditative, as we can close the eyes and focus on the breath passing over the bridge of the nose. If we stop concentrating, we loose the pattern. Nice to practice first thing in the morning, and a calming breath to prepare for sleep …
