Sinus Pressure
this is exactly what i was looking for. i dont want surgery, and i dont want a pill cuz no matter what, it does not clear any swelling like ever, and right when you think it is working it comes back. I have heard that cayenne pepper is good for sinus problems. Anyone know where i can get it other than online???
