Doc says I have one but where do they come from? I have really bad sinus headaches and the right side of my face aches all the time.

My girlfriend was diagnosed with pneumonia about 3 days ago and now she is having terrible sinus pain on top of that. She is miserable and I am trying to make her more comfortable. Any ideas on relieving sinus pressure especially under the eyes? Thanks in advance.

P.S. she is already taking antibiotics for the pneumonia so we are pretty sure its not an infection.
